Believe me, I know the struggle. I’ve been there, too.

For years, I longed to be in a committed, happy, healthy relationship with someone whom I could create a loving, wildly exciting, and secure connection.

Yet despite my extensive transformational work to clear my blocks to love and my deep research into how to cultivate secure and loving attachment, I found myself going through heartbreak after heartbreak despite having a hugely successful career and doing my inner work.

I had no problem meeting or attracting men, but they usually ended up being unavailable. Or worse ... the same patterns kept resurfacing, again and again. 

Think commitment-phobes, those afraid to go all in, or the all-too-common dreaded one wanting to “keep it casual”.

Then again, there were also times I was actively pursued by men who were “good on paper”, but I just wasn’t prepared to settle for less than I desired.

I constantly attracted men who left me feeling like our connection had an all-too-soon expiration date, or those who pursued a connection and relationship, but simply didn’t light me up.

And hard as I tried to turn my love life around, including a Doctorate in Psychology, or the countless hours spent studying relationship literature, I only met more men with the same issues at the end of the day…

 

IT JUST SEEMED LIKE IT WAS MY FATE TO BE ALONE.

In fact, after years of childhood trauma, I wanted to separate myself from my childhood and my father. I even changed my last name!

Little did I know, my last name translated from Sanskrit to ALONE. 🙄

When asked, “Why are you still single??" I’d tell them I was just waiting to meet the right person.

And I wasn’t prepared to settle.

Yet, in the back of my mind, I worried that men don’t choose strong women like me, or that maybe I’d never be able to move past my childhood trauma and pull down my walls.

But that all changed when I learned about the power of harnessing feminine energy, and how embracing the principles of embodiment meant I could open myself up and attract quality men who are unafraid to be in their masculine and are capable of holding me in my feminine energy.

When I combined this with shifting my attraction polarity from masculine to feminine, I knew I had arrived at the most potent heart-opening portal to deep and lasting love.

It took me decades to get this right, to understand how to step into my feminine energy, open up my heart to a man who would cherish me, one I could lean on as a partner, allow me to let go of my fear, and love in the most beautiful, secure way. 

I was then able to name and claim my true desires instead of choosing a life of overprotection and separation.

DAMMIT, I burned THREE DECADES of my life in figuring it out!
